About This Project
Why am I a member of Leadem Women Leaders?
I am founder of Women Leaders. I believe in the importance of having a career while being present for one’s family life. Women Leaders was born as an answer to this ‘false dilemma’. Women Leaders is for me a haven of peace, an ‘intellectual hammam’. We reserve 90 minutes a week (no more), we close the door to all our problems (with the stressed manager, the crazy neighbour, our little one’s maths homework, the gym which has closed…) and we allow ourselves to spend an excellent convivial time together while learning. We are present in 5 countries in three different continents and the richness of the exchanges is indescribable, women in positions of responsibility with strong human values who exchange with each other in a transparent and caring way.

I apply all the Leadem principles on a daily basis: professional excellence, strong personal values and social commitment. I help professionals to progress in their fields, to feel in tune with themselves and this is one of the ways I (among others) improve the world.
