Because leading teams is a difficult, challenging and exciting task, which creates a permanent need to learn, to know more. That is why I understood that Leadem was the ideal space to learn from the experience of admirable women united in a cosmopolitan network.
I am an economist from the National University of La Plata. I studied my master’s degree in Government Economics at DiTella. I specialised in macroeconomics and most of my career was spent between projection models and statistics at the Ministry of Economy. I am a professor and researcher at the Universidad del Salvador, a task I enjoy very much. My interest in the capacity of the state to change the living conditions of citizens led me to study the characteristics that provide organisations with institutionalism, governmental control and its relevance in guaranteeing and strengthening republican and liberal democracies. I graduated from the University of Belgrano and in recent years I have worked as an Internal Auditor in the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. Currently I work at the Information System Agency, a place that builds the future and creates the technological conditions required for an Open and Transparent State.

The societal values that I bring to my organisation, to my environment… are honesty, commitment to work, and the search for efficiency. In my working life, I have put the gender equality agenda on the table and I have sought richness in the diversity of views and opinions. As an exercise I challenge my capacity for empathy, a quality I value and seek to cultivate. I firmly believe that the best workplaces are those where people can develop both professionally and personally, so I have always strived to create conditions that allow for this.
